Herbs for your heart

Of course being an herbalist I enjoy eating herbs every day. It’s my lifestyle, I don’t think about it as a medicine or remedy, it’s my food. You’re probably eating herbs for your health and don’t even know it. Here are three I consume regularly. Garlic (Allium sativum) New York Medical College in Valhalla study showed eating one clove a day can reduce cholesterol by 9%. Tea (Camellia sinensis) 17 studies analyzed by researchers at the University of North Carolina concluded 3 cups a day reduce risk of heart attack by 11%. German researchers have linked Hawthorn to an improvement in fatigue and shortness of breath. While several other studies show Hawthorn helps reduce blood pressure.
